A native to Pelham, NH David A. Mendes learned the trade as a young boy working aside his father, a builder and craftsman.  Now with over 32 years of experience in the building and land developing industry David continually strives to uphold his professionalism to the highest standard of excellence. His endeavour is to meet the individual expectations of each and every customer to provide the utmost level of satisfaction.

Some of his accomplishments through his career include:

• Managed large construction company framing multiple homes in various states
• Formed multiple  LLC companies
  • LLC companies and corporations building custom-built homes and rental properties.
  • Land developing of subdivisions in multiple towns.
• Built over 100 homes in Pelham, NH alone, along with multiple homes in surrounding southern New Hampshire towns including Londonderry, Windham, Salem, and Hudson.
